Engineered the Biñan Access Card MIS with PHP CodeIgniter 4 stack for the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), centralizing census profiling and demographic tracking for 100,000+ families across 24 barangays.
Built spatial and data analytics dashboards utilizing Chart.js and PSGC shapefiles converted to SVG, providing city administrators with real-time demographic distributions and event throughput metrics.
Designed subsidy distribution workflows to verify beneficiary eligibility and disburse aid for municipal and national programs, including 4Ps and Senior Citizen pensions.

Projects

STREAMLINE (Capstone Project)

2026

Led a 4-person team building a full-stack geospatial and visualization platform for the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), fusing LoRa IoT sensor telemetry with satellite raster data on an interactive MapLibre GL and deck.gl map.
Architected the stack on React 19 and Django REST Framework over PostGIS, serving satellite raster layers from Cloudflare R2 object storage.
Delivered the full monitoring workflow: water quality dashboard, government-to-government management, and automated report generation scheduling via cron workers.
Applied SAST and DAST practices against the OWASP Top 10 via Zed Attack Proxy (ZAP) and GitHub Actions to secure the web application.

MMCL SPARK

2025

Led a 4-person team building a native Android student enrollment portal in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose over a REST/PHP backend via Ktor, including a conflict-free schedule suggester generating non-overlapping section combinations from enlisted courses.
Covered the full enrollment cycle from enlistment and sectioning through billing and grades, with a hand-built weekly timetable that merges overlapping class events against a live clock.
